Terms of Service

Jerry Services provides AI automation consulting, custom workflow development, and ongoing automation support for businesses. All services are scoped and agreed upon before work begins.

Each engagement is governed by a scope of work agreed during or after the discovery call. Pricing, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before any billable work begins.

You own all workflows, documentation, and outputs delivered as part of an engagement. Jerry Services retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific methodologies in future work.

We treat all client data, business processes, and engagement details as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. Case studies are published only with client approval and are anonymised by default.

Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support. Extended support is available through a monthly retainer, scoped per client.

Jerry Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered workflows. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
