1. Acceptance

2. The service
Jerry provides B2B contact enrichment via the Apollo.io database. Contact data is provided for legitimate business outreach only. You agree not to use Jerry for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
3. Credits
Credits are consumed when a contact is found. Credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Credit costs are shown before each job runs — by approving a job you accept the credit charge.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Jerry to harvest data for resale, build competing products, circumvent access controls, or violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Jerry is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of contact data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Jerry after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
